We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development/Sales Executive to join our team. The role will play a pivotal role in driving our business with eCommerce Sellers. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services.
· Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
· Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.
· Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services.
· Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
· Provide feedback to the management regarding customer preferences and market trends

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or similar field
· 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, business development or similar role
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
· Good organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
