Role Overview

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growth team. The Digital Marketing Manager will support lead generation from various marketing campaigns in line with InCorp India’s growth priorities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation, and client acquisition. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B services marketing, including content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation, with a focus on delivering measurable results.

 

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to the B2B professional services industry, aligning with business goals. Design and implement digital campaigns to generate qualified leads, including targeted ads, and content marketing initiatives.
• Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and optimize for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Track and analyse key performance metrics across all digital channels. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and present regular reports to stakeholders.
• SEO & SEM: Drive organic and paid search strategies to improve website traffic and lead generation through SEO best practices and SEM campaigns. Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective and high ROI campaigns.
• Email Marketing: Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, enhance client relationships, and drive conversions.

Qualifications

Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in a B2B Services business
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth for B2B Services Business
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Moz). Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ZOHO CRM)
