Role Overview

We are in search of a proactive individual to drive lead generation, facilitate client engagement, and contribute to the development of marketing materials. The role entails managing leads, facilitating client onboarding, and ensuring compliance adherence. While prior experience is preferred, candidates with foundational knowledge of tax and secretarial laws are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Key Work Responsibilities :

• New leads from subsidiaries - Attend all the client calls, understand their business & requirements, and prepare a requisite proposal for them.
• Leads from websites/whatsapp - Conduct calls/respond to email from leads. Update the CRM for the same from time to time and keep a track of them. 
• Track closely/Monitor each lead and follow up with the leads from both the above sources. Assist in engagement & onboarding formalities of clients.
• Assist in Execution/Coordination required for the existing clients scope of engagement.
• Obtaining the membership of requisite organizations – Trade bodies, business councils, chambers of commerce etc and tracking its events from time to time. Assistance in Registering for the events.
• Updating the monthly records of revenue for accounts and monthly invoicing tracking of team
• Preparation & Updation of Marketing Collaterals - Brochures, presentations, proposals, seasonal greetings for the clients from time to time as required.
• Blog/Article writing for LinkedIn & InCorp websites from time to time.
• Knowledge upgration - Updation on FEMA, Secretarial laws, Income tax & GST laws.
• Assistance in undertaking recurring and ad hoc compliances for foreign clients (i.e. Indian subsidiaries of foreign holding entities) in the areas of Income tax, GST, FEMA, Corporate Secretarial etc.

Qualifications

• Candidates with at least 1 year of professional experience in the accounting and finance background would be preferred. Freshers can also apply
• Basic knowledge of the tax and secretarial laws
• CA finalists/ Graduates from accounting or finance background
• Good Communication Skills
